The install program is going to ask you whether it can change
your PC's Config.Sys file.  If you say "Yes", it will check
whether your FILES statement has a value of 30 or more; and
will check whether your BUFFERS statement has a value of 20
or more.

If the current values are smaller, the install program will
change them.  If they are larger, they will be left alone. 
If the install program changes your Config.Sys file, it will
make a backup of your original file called Config.Bak.

ComTrac may not run reliably if you have a FILES statement
with a value smaller than 30.
