Changes in Release 2.8 1. Utility | Create PLU Table Bug in PLU table creation has been fixed so as to properly include all non-zero high-value items regardless of last sales date. 2. Utility | Update Sales (HighValu) Bug in sales update has been fixed, quantity is now debited properly. 3. Orders | Monthly Order | Enter Departments A bug in ComTrac has been fixed. If you have a non-null department code entered in your specialty orders ComTrac won't pause any longer to ask you to manually enter a code. This should save you 10-15 minutes each time you post a Diamond order. 4. Orders | Import Order Form: Delete Diamond Questions ComTrac now automatically deletes the questions that Diamond includes at the end of each month's order form. 5. Orders | Import Order Form: Net Retail Prices When you import the Diamond order form, you'll be asked to specify what percent you want ComTrac to use in creating retail prices for all Net items. The default is 100%, which would leave the retail price equal to the Diamond whole- sale price. If you entered 150%, all new "net item" retail prices would be 150% of the wholesale price, rounded to the nearest penny. 6. Orders | Create New Order (Bug) The "Force Update PHold/Spc Order" command didn't work properly, so your pull-hold data was updated every time you went into an order, regardless of what your command choice was. This has been fixed. We recommend that you select "Force" the first time you create an order, and not use "Force" on all subsequent times you work with the order. 7. General: Prompt to Continue/Not on Edits/Adds We have restored the prompt asking you whether you want to keep either changes or the data in a new entry to ComTrac. Many users asked us to restore this, as its removal made more trouble than it was worth.
