Our goal at Graham Crackers Comics is always to get as many comic in as many readers/collectors hands as possible.  A few years ago we had to start implementing a limit of 1 on new releases to make sure regulars got a chance to get their favorite books.   But recently $3.99 comics have been selling for $25 before they're even released causing runs on certain books.  As always we encourage everyone that wants to collect a title to sign up for our FREE pull & hold service so they never miss a book, but if you're unable to and want to simply pick up your regular books off the racks each week, we understand that as well and our doing our best to try and accomodate you.
   We've been in business long enough (37 years) to have been down this road before.  Now we have the help of technology to make sure books like this weeks Captain Marvel #8 gets into the hands of as many regular readers of that book as possible.
  If you shop at one of our stores, you'll notice that we're always asking at the checkout for your name.  We can easily lookup a customer this way, see they've been buying Captain Marvel for the past few issues and make sure we put one of our few copies aside for them.
  This means that in some rare cases a title like Captain Marvel #8 or the final issue of Walking Dead may never even make it to the rack as we try and take care of all the regular collector/readers of that book.

Reading comics is great, Collecting comics is a ton of fun, and speculating in comics can be fun as well - but we're in the business to take care of the readers & collectors first and foremost.  The last thing we want to see is a regular reader of a title turned off by it, simply because they can't find a copy of the newest issue.
